• We ship both locally within the United States and worldwide.

Shipping times:

• Depending on the volume of orders, specific item ordered, custom detailing requests, and the fact that each item (and the metals used) is hand made, please allow for anywhere between 3 - 8 weeks for fulfillment of your order.
• Depending on the number of orders that the smith has, there could be delays on more complicated pieces. We kindly ask for your patience and to reach out to us if you have not received your order after the estimated time has passed.
• We do have a ready stock of standard pieces that have been pre-forged by the smith. If you would like an item with no custom specifications, it may be possible for us to fulfill your order within 3 - 5 days of ordering. Drop us an email with your order number and we will notify you with regards to the availability of that specific accessory!

Shipping cost:

• We offer free shipping via First Class mail within the United States.
• International orders of above $200 will receive free shipping.

To showcase our faith in the quality of our products, and to adhere to our standards of customer satisfaction, we ask that our customers contact us immediately should any issue with our products arise. You must email us within 14 days of receipt of the item with pictures of any damage or issues regarding the product.

Once we have reviewed the images and determined that the product is defective or of unsatisfactory quality, we will replace the item and/or work with you to ensure you receive an item that you are completely satisfied with.

Refunds are only offered if a replacement is not available as the smith is paid in full at the time of production for both his time and allocation of materials. 

If you have ordered a wrong size in error and would like a new size to be sent to you, please note that there will be a reforging fee (that depends on the piece to be reforged) that ranges from $15 - $85.

We are in the office from Monday to Friday, 8 - 5:30 CST! We do not work on the weekends, so any messages received during that time will be answered first thing on Monday.

As mentioned in our Shipping & Delivery section, each piece is crafted by hand and from scratch. As such, estimated fulfillment times generally range from 3 - 8 weeks as the item has to be first made in the smith's forge before being sent over to the United States.

Our company was originally founded in Japan by graduates from 上智大学 in Tokyo. In order to create a more streamlined shipping experience for our customers, our only physical presence in the US is a 3PL warehouse in Utah that receives our products and distributes them to our customers in the US.

Please note that while our ship from location is in Utah, we are still a foreign LLC.
