I love it !!! This photo really does not serve this wonderful katana steel any justice, honestly. Sometimes I hesitate by photos but this time I knew it would be better than photos. I will remove the bridge, though. It distracts from the beauty of the artwork. That’s only a personal preference. I will order again, probably Magatama. (I don’t know how to send this photo.)

Really love the piece. It feels solid but not too heavy. It has a enough texture to give it personality but not too much. I wear it daily!

The piece itself is special quality, good weight and feels good in the hand. Still smells like the workshop (which is a good thing!) The engraving/printing of text is clean and subtle. The wood box is nicely crafted and also special. I have feedback on other things besides the piece. It comes with a separate metal clasp that you must bend to close into the holes on the jewelry piece. This was awkward for me to do with pliers, to protect the piece and bend it enough to get the ends to close together completely. I attached the leather cord by tying it as a Lark’s Head knot onto the metal clasp, so the piece faces outward. If you loop the cord straight through the clasp, it would rotate the piece 90 degrees and it would face the side. Of course, you can always get your preferred necklace cord of material and length on your own. Thank you for the wonderful art! It is special to me, as it memorializes my name in Japanese as my late sense wrote it years ago.

The wait was well worth it! This is a SOLID piece of jewelry and the craftsmanship is remarkable. The detail and finish are also exceptional.
